I love making custom cakes and being a part of the celebration. But most times I don’t partake in the actual party, so it’s great when clients share the event afterwards.
Their stories and photos are great inspiration for those out there planning a party of their own.
Recently, one of my clients, Debbie, shared about the unique bridal shower she threw for her niece.
The shower was held at FUSION ARTZ CAFE, a paint your own ceramics studio. The cafe has some great party packages where guests can make their own creations.
“The staff were unbelievable, they set the room up beautifully, couldn’t speak more highly of them.”, says Debbie.
The theme for the shower was pastels, and the guests painted the bride-to-be a set of dishes.
For the cake, we created a pastel themed semi-naked cake with beautiful roses and macarons.
What did Debbie and the guests think of the cake?
“Best cake ever!!!! Not only was it beautiful, but it tasted amazing as well. I couldn’t wait to have them bake me another cake, so now that my granddaughter is turning one. I have commissioned another cake, and I will be doing the same for my second granddaughter’s baby naming.”
